| Return/Exchange Policy |
- Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or purchased more than 30 days prior may not be exchanged.
- Nine 24 Sports will issue prepaid shipping labels for defective or misshipped apparel and merchandise only.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All returns are for credit only.
- No refund checks will be issued.
- For an exchange you must print out the exchange form found below.
- One form per item being exchanged.
- Multiple forms are permitted.
- Items may only be exchanged for another item of the same value.
- Exchanges/Returns must be shipped in good condition, protected and packaged neatly in box.
- Original order receipt must be included in packages for exchange.
- Nine 24 Sports does not accept cancellations on orders placed.
