Order Information
1. How can I use a discount code?
There is a section on the checkout page titled “discount code”, please type the code in this area and you will receive your discount at time of checkout.
Shipping Information
1. How long does my item take to ship?
Most orders ship within 5-10 business days and are delivered 3 to 5 business days after being shipped. We will notify you if items you ordered are out of stock.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All order and credit card information is encrypted and secure over the internet.
4. What shipping method is used?
The default shipping method is UPS Ground. You do have the option to choose ground shipping, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Shipping costs vary depending on location.
5. Is there additional shipping costs?
Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at time of checkout.
6. How can I cancel my online order?
Confirmed orders may not be cancelled. Confirmed orders are processed for shipment. Once your item arrives you may exchange it for an item of equal value or return for a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee (please click here to see our Return/Exchange Policy).
7. Can I personalize my apparel or merchandise?
We do not personalize any items.
Exchange Policy
1. Items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one (1) year.
2. Clothing items that have been worn, washed or purchased more that 30 days prior may not be exchanged.
3. For all exchanges the return form must be completed and returned. You can find this form under “exchanges” on the home page.
4. Items may only be exchanged for another item of the same value.
5. Return postage or shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
